GENTLE FLOW AND STRETCH
As the week comes to a close it's time to focus on winding down and finding relaxation. To help you get started, begin your Friday with Gentle Flow and Stretch. This class includes a gentle flow to help release tension, let go of tightness and breathe away stress. The perfect start to end the week.

PEACEFUL FLOW
This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of the class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

SUN AND MOON
The sun represents movement, heat, strength and light. The moon constitutes grounding, stillness, quiet and cooling off. Incorporating the best of both worlds. The first part of class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly. Emphasis is placed on safe alignment and the maintaining balance of slow breathing. The slow flow allows the body to warm up, creating an opportunity for the body and mind to lose its restlessness so it is easier to settle into a place of stillness as we transition into the moon section of class. Shifting down on our mats, we'll hold postures for 3-5 minutes allowing time to gently release the more denser tissue of the body while granting us time to nourish the body and mind.

WALL YIN
Yin is a quiet meditative practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture is held from 3-5 minutes to encourage a slow and safe opening of the connective tissue as we use the wall as our prop. Also improving energy flow and enhancing the flow of chi. A powerful practice for anyone longing for a release in the body and mind.

WARM MORNING VINYASA
Designed to start your day by getting the energy moving, the sweat flowing and ultimately, attain mental concentration. This Intermediate class is excellent for students who are looking for a fun, challenging and creative flow to give them that extra morning boost of energy as they start their day with a little heat.

HEALING VIBES
This grounded practice exists for those who have learned that the mind and body will fight one another during difficult times. This healing practice is best suited for trauma survivors, first responders, military personnel and anyone who feels drawn to it. Healin' Vibes is a very quiet practice with meditative or nature tunes with low light and minimal props. This controlled environment makes this space to come deal with tears, anger, denial, broken hearts and all the not so tidy big emotions.

SURYA NAMASKAR
Greet the morning with a smile and greet the sun with anticipation as you make your way to Surya Namaskar- the Sanskrit name for Sun Salutation. This class will focus on traditional and variations of Sun Salutations A and B. Warm up the body, open joints and find strength as you move through Forward Fold, Half Lift, Plank, Cobra and Downward Dog all linked together in a beautiful flow synchronized with the breath. It's a truly Sun-sational way to start your day.
