We allow a 5-minute grace period after class starts. After that, the doors will be locked to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. If it's your first time to the studio, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you settled in. If you know you’re running late (when traffic is really bad), give us a call or send us a text so that we can help you plan accordingly. T
We do offer warm heated classes between 85-90 degrees.
All you need is a yoga mat, water, comfortable clothes, and an open mind. Mats, water, hand towels, and all props are available for use during all classes.
We do have mats available for use during class for free, we do not charge a mat rental fee. We also have a selection of Jade mats for purchase.
We have classes for everyone. Our classes range from beginner friendly to intermediate. If you're new to yoga, you can't go wrong starting with one of our gentle classes such as Yin, Restorative, Gentle Flow & Mindfulness, or Mobility + Yin. If you're looking for more movement Sun & Moon or Slow Flow are a great start. We recommend having a steady practice before taking on an Intermediate class.
We recommend reserving your spot online to secure your place, especially for popular classes. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
Yes! We have plenty parking spaces in front and around the side of the studio.
We are a cash free studio. We take credit/debit cards, Venmo and Cash App. If you only have cash, please make it the exact amount of purchase as we won't have change.
If you have an established practice and your medical provider has approved you to continue with your practice, we support your practice. However, all heated and Yin classes are contraindicated for prenatal students.
It's a big misconception that you have to be flexible to do yoga. We work on many levels including the body, the breath, and mind in class. You will find yourself becoming more flexible as you continue your practice.
