My yoga journey began in 2020, as I was looking for a way I could move my body at home. My practice became so much of my daily routine that if I missed it, I totally felt off balance. Aside from the physical benefits of building muscle and lowering blood pressure, yoga has really brought me home to myself and helped build self confidence and lower my anxiety. My desire to share these benefits with others and deepen my practice, led me to begin my yoga teacher journey in 2024.

I love slow flows, holding poses a little longer to build strength, but the most important thing of all is breathing! If you want to come to my class and lay in savasana the whole time, I'm here for it just as long as you continue to breathe!

Off the mat, I am a native Clarksville girl, married to my husband for 20 years. I love to cook, spend time with family and friends, and travel the world!
